Our End of Year Concert will be held at:
The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre
ADDRESS: 30 Eton St, Sutherland NSW 2232
DATE & TIME
Our End of Year Concert will be held on 21st November 2026 at 2:00 PM
See the Concert Day Procedures below for arrival times.
All students participate in our End of Year Concert and students work on these routines each week in class, developing their skills in the process and learning the importance of rehearsal, commitment, performance techniques and teamwork.
In terms of attendance, it is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and concert time so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. Of course, this is only if it can’t be helped and in line with studio guidelines. If for any reason your child will miss a number of their regular classes in Term 4, we ask that you contact us via email to let us know in advance.
If there is any reason why your child will not be able to perform at the concert on the dates and times provided, please let us know so we can make amendments to the class routines involving them.
Our Concert Fee includes everything your dancer needs to take part in and remember their End of Year Concert, with no additional costume or rehearsal fees payable.

Saturday 7th November (8AM)
Our Preschool Dress Rehearsal Day gives dancers from our different weekly classes the opportunity to come together and rehearse as their full concert group. As classes of the same level perform together in the concert, this is an important opportunity for the children to practise together before the big day.
The rehearsal also gives our youngest dancers an extra opportunity to become familiar with their routine and performance group, helping them feel confident, comfortable and prepared for the concert.
Students will also receive their concert costume at the Dress Rehearsal to take home and keep.
For the Dress Rehearsal, students should:
- Arrive 5 minutes before their allocated rehearsal time and be collected promptly at the conclusion.
- Wear their usual dancewear to the rehearsal.
- No concert hair or makeup is required.
- Students will receive their Commemorative T-shirt at the rehearsal (see further information below).
DROP OFF & PICK UP
On concert day, all of the students will be staying backstage with us for the duration of the concert. Students need to have their hair done before being dropped off at the Stage Door (via Merton Street). Students are required to arrive 45mins before their show time.
During the dropping off times, we ask that one parent/guardian comes with their child into the drop off area. Students will need to know what allocated group they are in. See the CONCERT GROUPS & ORDER button below.
All students will need to be picked up from the drop off point after the show. Students will stay in this location and need to have their name marked off by their group leader.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us. We will ensure that we talk you through the concert day procedure again in the weeks leading up to the concert.
SECURITY & STUDENT SAFETY
To help with student organisation and safety, all students will be put into an allocated 'group’. Please see the "show specific info" on this site and make sure your child knows what group they are in.
As always, the safety of our dance family is our #1 priority. On concert day all students will need to be signed in / out of security lists to gain access backstage. All backstage helpers will be issued with security passes that are required to be worn at all times. Only staff and registered parent helpers are permitted backstage. We are unable to run messages or food to students, so please make sure they have everything before they come backstage. There will be a someone at the door for the entire day checking passes. We do this to protect the students, please respect this policy. Please try not to bring anything valuable, especially electronic devices. Our studio will take no responsibility if an item is damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen.
